Does Bookbot need to learn my child’s voice?

Bookbot picks up most words, but it sometimes needs to think about what was said. After it hears difficult words a couple of times it gets faster at understanding. The most important thing is to speak clearly and avoid background noise.

We are continually working to improve the accuracy of our speech recognition. The more children we have reading on the Bookbot app, the more voice data we can collect and the better our speech recognition will be!
